Palms 2 is a self contained, beautifully renovated, first floor apartment in a converted fisherman’s cottage. 

Located in the heart of Newquay, you would be hard pressed to find a better location with off street parking and your own private patio.

Please note the apartment has had a full refurbishment with new master bed, linens/duvets, new artwork, tv, refresh with paint inside, privacy fence in the courtyard and many more features. There is also hot and cold shower installed in the courtyard. Professional photos will be taken in the spring.

Lounge

This lovely room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. The room is furnished with a deep and comfortable 3 seater sofa and occasional chair providing seating for four, a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix (super fast fibre internet to allow ultimate streaming).

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is open plan with the lounge and incorporates the dining area. It features a modern design with a range of large and small appliances including a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher as well as a cafetiere, toaster, kettle and microwave, 4 ring induction stove and electric oven, along with well stocked crockery for cooking. There is also basics such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and kitchen sponges, salt & pepper, oil, local coffee, tea and biscuits.

There is also an iron and ironing board, hoover, mop and clothes drying rack located in the airing cupboard.

Dining Area

Incorporated within the kitchen, the area features a Scandi-style extendable dining table with seating for 4 guests.

Bathroom

Located adjacent to the bedrooms the bathroom features a bath with mixer tap and waterfall overhead shower along with a hand held shower, a heated towel rain, vanity unit with hand basin with mixer tap and WC. We also provide cruelty free hand soap and body wash.

Master Bedroom

Large window, restful tones and a quality bed make this room a beautiful place to retreat to after a busy day out. Furnished with a king size bed, lamps, a full length mirror, a wall hung wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an occasional chair, the room is full of comfort and style. There is also a foam surfboard and body board free for guest use.

Bunk Bedroom

Furnished with bunk beds, a wall hung wardrobe, shelving unit with excellent kids books, board games for all ages and a mirror. This bedroom is perfect for kids or adults.

Outside

A sun trap patio is enclosed by a traditional Cornish stone wall and is furnished with a 4 person dining table and chairs for relaxing or dining on. There is also an outdoor tap with hose for cleaning the sand and salt off yourself or your pets from days at the beach or around the coast.

Parking

Centrally located in Newquay Palms 2 is one of the very few properties with off street parking. Please note the apartment offers parking for ONE car.

Family friendly, we provide a high chair and travel cot available on request.

We also provide a foam surfboard and foam body board free for guest use.
